Job Overview:
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to help grow our presence in the nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industry. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, onboarding clients, and supporting sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert prospects into long-term business relationships
- Communicate product value propositions clearly and persuasively
- Coordinate with marketing and R&D teams to align client needs
- Attend trade shows, client meetings, and industry networking events
- Track sales metrics, pipeline, and client feedback for improvements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or Marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of pharma/nutra trends and markets is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools preferred
